Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business Administration (BA/BBA)specializing in International Business (Bi-National)

Over a period of three years, you will study for three semesters at the Baden Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim and for three semesters at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Due to the international nature of these studies, the working language will be English. You will be given the opportunity to broaden your specialist knowledge whilst undertaking work placements at our domestic and overseas sites.

  • Foreign languages (Spanish is compulsory, other languages are optional)
  • Getting to know the company providing your training, as well as its objectives, products and markets
  • Integration into the company by working in different departments
  • Getting to know the company's internal processes
  • Taking part in complex projects, thereby helping you to work in a structured, independent and autonomous manner
  • Overseas work placements, allowing you to become acquainted with the intercultural differences in work processes
  • Addressing an operational problem for your Bachelor’s dissertation
Entry requirements

Candidates will need to have passed their school-leaving examinations (qualifying for university entrance) in general subjects, and have proven English language proficiency, e.g. TOEFL (more than 70 points) or IELTS (minimum 6.5 points). Additionally, you will need to be open-minded, inquisitive, willing to learn, dedicated, flexible, responsible and team-orientated, as well as displaying a keen interest in foreign languages.

You should also have a demonstrable interest in business and commercial issues.


Bachelor of Arts (BA)specializing in International Business

Over a period of three years, you will acquire economic, business and intercultural knowledge, whilst studying at the Cooperative State University in Mannheim. You will also get to know our company and put your theoretical knowledge into practice, while undertaking targeted work placements.

Bachelor of Science (BSc)specializing in International Business Information Technology

Over a period of three years, you will acquire intercultural, business and IT knowledge, whilst studying at the Cooperative State University in Mannheim. You will also get to know our company and put your theoretical knowledge into practice, whilst undertaking targeted work placements.

Entry requirements

Candidates will need to have passed their school-leaving examinations (qualifying for university entrance) in general or technical subjects. Additionally, you will need to be open-minded, inquisitive, willing to learn, dedicated, flexible, responsible, team-orientated, and have an interest in foreign languages.
You should enjoy working with computers and have a keen interest in operational information systems. Additional basic requirements are an affinity for business and commercial issues, as well as a very good knowledge of English.

Engineering

Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)specializing in Electrical Engineering

Course length

Over a period of three years, you will be taught theory and practice as part of this unique course, which combines work with study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.  By spending alternating three-month periods working at our company and studying at the Cooperative State University, you will have the chance to get to know our company and put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

  • Core electrical engineering modules
  • General and localized profile modules in electrical engineering
  • Specialization in medical technology
  • Getting to know the company providing your training and its organization
  • Introduction to electrical engineering, electronics and computer technology
  • Integration into the company by working in the R&D, Production and Quality Assurance departments
  • Taking part in complex projects, thereby helping you to work in a structured, independent and autonomous manner
  • Dealing independently with engineering tasks
  • Addressing an operational problem for your Bachelor’s dissertation
Entry requirements

High-school diploma or proven eligibility for entrance to a University of Applied Sciences. You will need to be dedicated, flexible, responsible, and passionate about innovative technologies.
To be considered for this program, you will require a background in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics background (e.g. advanced courses in Mathematics or Physics), gained during your education to date. The study of electrical engineering also requires a capability for abstraction and modeling.


Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)specializing in Mechanical Engineering

Course length

Over a period of three years, you will be taught theory and practice as part of this unique course, which combines work with study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.  By spending alternating three-month periods working at our company and studying at the Cooperative State University, you will be given the chance to get to know our company and put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

  • Core modules (Mathematics, Physics, Materials Science, etc.)
  • General profile modules (Control and Measurement Technology, etc.)
  • Localized profile modules (Plastics, Construction Management and Technology, etc.)
  • Production engineering
  • Getting to know the company providing your training and its organization
  • The fundamentals of metalworking
  • Integration into the company by working in the Metalworking, Product Design/Tool Making, Assembly and Maintenance departments
  • Taking part in complex projects, thereby helping you to work in a structured, independent and autonomous manner
  • Dealing independently with engineering projects in different departments
  • Addressing an operational problem for your Bachelor’s dissertation
Entry requirements

High-school diploma or proven eligibility for entrance to a University of Applied Sciences. Drawing on your demonstrable experience in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (e.g. advanced courses in Mathematics or Physics), gained during your education to date, you will need to be dedicated, flexible and responsible, and passionate about innovative technologies.


Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)specializing in Industrial Engineering

Course length

Over a period of three years, you will be taught theory and practice as part of this unique course, which combines work with study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.  By spending alternating three-month periods working at our company and studying at the Academy, you will be given the chance to get to know our company and put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

  • Basic technical modules (Engineering Design, Process Engineering, etc.)
  • Basic general modules (IT, Mathematics and Statistics)
  • Basic business modules (Materials Management, Sales and Marketing, etc.)
  • Foreign languages

  • Taking part in complex projects, thereby helping you to work in a structured, independent and autonomous manner

You will need to be open-minded, inquisitive, willing to learn, dedicated, flexible, responsible and team-orientated. As well as an affinity for natural sciences and engineering, you will also have a keen interest in business processes.
